At Navyom Yoga, we believe yoga is more than movement—it’s a path to balance, clarity, and inner strength. Founded by a former Computer Science professor turned Yoga Teacher, Navyom Yoga was born out of a quest to harmonize the mental, physical, and emotional sides of life.

With 500+ hours of teacher training along with Prenatal Yoga Certification and deep roots in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga practices, we bring both authenticity and accessibility to the mat. Our classes blend strength-building asanas, mindful breathing, meditation, and restorative practices, guiding students of all ages and abilities to discover the transformative power of yoga.

Whether you’re here to build resilience, find calm, or explore advanced practices like arm balances, kriyas and inversions , Navyom Yoga offers a supportive space to grow at your own pace.

Our Story

I’m Navdeep, founder of Navyom Yoga — a space born from my journey of seeking balance between the mind, body, and emotions. What began as a personal practice gradually evolved into a deeper calling to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

With over 500 hours of formal training and now recognized as an E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), my teaching is rooted in both traditional wisdom and practical, modern application. I bring years of consistent practice, teaching experience, and continued learning into every class I offer.

I’m a E-RYT 500, RPYT certified Yoga instructor from the birthplace of Yoga, India. My classes blend the pure, unfiltered essence of traditional yoga with modern techniques, integrating ancient holistic wisdom for a balanced and mindful practice.

Based in Regina, Navyom Yoga is located on Sherwood Drive, offering a calm and welcoming space for your yoga practice. Easily accessible within the city, our studio serves a growing community looking to build consistency, strength, and inner balance through yoga.
