With 500+ hours of teacher training along with Prenatal Yoga Certification and deep roots in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga practices, we bring both authenticity and accessibility to the mat. Our classes blend strength-building asanas, mindful breathing, meditation, and restorative practices, guiding students of all ages and abilities to discover the transformative power of yoga.
