This special Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath session combines the gentle stillness of restorative yoga with the immersive vibrations of sound healing.

The practice begins with restorative yoga guided by Navdeep, where the body is supported with props in comfortable poses designed to release tension and calm the nervous system.

​

As the body settles into relaxation, Shyla will guide a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls and gongs, allowing the vibrations to deepen the state of rest and promote a sense of balance and inner calm.

This experience is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with a sense of ease and wellbeing.

Navyom Yoga is honoured to co-create this restorative sound healing experience with Shyla Dawn, bringing together therapeutic sound frequencies and mindful breathwork in a calming and supportive environment.Enter a tranquil space designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and nourish the spirit. This session blends sound healing instruments — including crystal singing bowls and gongs — with gentle, mindful breathwork to help you move into a state of deep rest and inner awareness.

The vibrations from the instruments travel through the body, helping release physical tension, emotional stress, and mental fatigue. Breathwork supports grounding, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment — creating a holistic experience that restores balance from within.
