At Navyom Yoga, we believe yoga is more than movement—it’s a path to balance, clarity, and inner strength. Founded by a former Computer Science professor turned Yoga Teacher, Navyom Yoga was born out of a quest to harmonize the mental, physical, and emotional sides of life.

With 500+ hours of teacher training along with Prenatal Yoga Certfication and deep roots in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga practices, we bring both authenticity and accessibility to the mat. Our classes blend strength-building asanas, mindful breathing, meditation, and restorative practices, guiding students of all ages and abilities to discover the transformative power of yoga.

Whether you’re here to build resilience, find calm, or explore advanced practices like arm balances, kriyas and inversions , Navyom Yoga offers a supportive space to grow at your own pace.

Navyom Yoga is committed to providing authentic yoga training rooted in Indian tradition. Our mission is to create a welcoming space for all.

I'm Navdeep, a former Computer Sc. professor turned Yoga instructor. Navyom Yoga emerged from my journey to balance the mental, physical, and emotional aspects of life. I discovered the transformative power of Yoga and now share it with my students.

Certified and Experienced

 

I’m a RYT 500, RPYT certified Yoga instructor from the birthplace of Yoga, India. My classes blend the pure, unfiltered essence of traditional yoga with modern techniques, integrating ancient holistic wisdom for a balanced and mindful practice.

In Regina, SK

 

I’m new to Regina and recently opened my studio in North Regina. With 3,000+ hours of teaching experience, I guide corp. professionals, homemakers, expecting mothers, and individuals managing anxiety and hormonal imbalances toward holistic wellness.
