6 Weeks Yoga Conditioning Program

In the Summer of 2025, we launched a 6 week cross fit training program with concious movement. The main focus of this program was to build strength, stamina, and balance through a unique cross-training program that blends Yoga conditioning with conscious movement. Over 6 weeks, our area of focus was :


  • Build a strong core like a warrior

  • Strengthen arms & legs — no weights needed

  • Improve balance & flexibility to keep your body injury-proof

  • Use breathwork for stamina and endurance

  • Enjoy built-in recovery and relaxation


This program was designed specifically for :

  • Runners, lifters & desk-job ninjas

  • Stiff bodies & tight muscles

  • Busy people who want functional fitness

  • Anyone bored of the same gym routines
